01 The Problem
SGB Trading needed to provide consistent liquidity across multiple cryptocurrency pairs on Binance futures markets while tightly controlling risk. Manual trading could not operate around the clock, react fast enough to volatile markets, or enforce disciplined risk limits at scale.
02 Our Approach
We designed a quantitative market-making strategy and stress-tested it against historical and live market conditions. The architecture prioritised low-latency execution, continuous monitoring, and hard risk constraints so the system could run unattended with confidence.
03 The Solution
We built a Python-based algorithm integrated directly with the Binance API that quotes both sides of the book, manages inventory, and continuously rebalances exposure. Automated risk management enforces position and drawdown limits in real time, and the system operates 24/7 across futures contracts.

The algorithm sustains $20M+ in monthly trading volume with automated, low-latency order execution and 24/7 operation. In production it has held better than 99.5% uptime with risk controls running continuously and no manual intervention required.
